Re-design of the Swiss UNESCO Commission online communication
In 2016, the Chair received the mandate by the Swiss UNESCO Commission to analyse, evaluate and re-design its online communication, consisting of the website, the newsletter and social media channels.
The analytical stage was conducted in September – November 2016, and consisted of:
– a benchmark analysis of the websites of other national commissions for UNESCO;
– an analysis of usages of the existing online outlet of the Swiss UNESCO Commission (i.e. website, newsletter, videos);
– a usability analysis of the website;
– a User Requirements Elicitation analysis realized following the methodology User Requirements with Lego (URL).
The analytical stage was conducted in September – November 2016. The re-design stage has started in January 2017, and was completed in September 2017.
